Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, but the noise levels can be disturbing. The initial room assigned resembled a storage area and had security issues, though the staff eventually addressed the concern. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring neighboring islands, but dining options and freshness were subpar.
I had a great stay at the hotel with some ups and downs. The room was very basic but at a great price, very big, clean, and had an absolutely amazing view which made waking up happy. However, there were some issues with the slow service and overpriced items in the shop. The location was a bit remote, but it had close access to public transport for exploring. The dining experience was very good, especially the dinner, but there were some issues with the staff and prices in the shop.
The hotel staff was welcoming, the reception area was modern and airy with big comfy sofas and chairs, but unfortunately, the room was big but dirty. The view over Paradise Bay was lovely.
